JakJin Bistro Pho & More is a small, family-owned restaurant with deep roots in Vietnamese culinary traditions. Owners Daniel and Puyen Hole came to the United States in the 1990s and brought with them a passion for authentic flavors and warm hospitality. Puyen is the primary cook, crafting each dish with care, while Daniel and their team ensure every guest feels right at home, creating a true family atmosphere. This bistro is a testament to their journey and commitment to sharing traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a modern touch.

"The last time I visited I had the shrimp vermicelli without peanuts. This time I forgot to ask for without the peanuts. You know what...glad I forgot, because it was rather tasty this way. I also got a shrimp spring roll (not fried). It was so light and fresh. I really enjoyed my meal. The only thing is the religious music was bumping loud this weekend...maybe because it was Easter weekend. I think I may get my food to go next time or sit outside. The religious music is a bit much for me in a restaurant environment."
